It is to inform to all Circle Secretaries and CHQ office bearers that GS is getting daily many calls over phone / mobile from members about non payment of PLI/RPLI incentive bills by divisional heads for one or other reasons.
It is therefore requested to all Circle Secretaries to ascertain the exact position of all divisions in the circle and inform the same duly consolidated to GS on or before 14/7/2015.
